The little yarn bits for the frill and horns were pre-cut and organized in separate bags, which saved me so much fumbling as a total newbie. I’ve only finished the head so far, but the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t get frustrated once, even when I had to redo a stitch.
The foam ring that holds the yarn in place is genius, no more tangled balls of yarn for this beginner. I finished the little triceratops in about two evenings and only wished the instructions had a few more photos for a couple of tricky steps. Really fun little project overall.
