The step-by-step photo instructions made this my first crochet project without any panic, and the pre-started loop got me hooking in minutes. The llama's little blocky head came out so cute that I immediately ordered another kit from the same line.

I was nervous about trying crochet, but the step-by-step video tutorial made it super easy to follow. The llama finally turned out adorable with its little rainbow blanket, and the yarn is actually pretty soft.

The yarn is soft enough and the instructions are clear, but the finished llama ended up a bit smaller than I expected from the picture. Decent for the price, though it took me a few evenings longer than the "beginner-friendly" claim suggested.
